LLB (Hons)
CHOY CHI PENG is a graduate of the University of London with a LLB (Hons) degree in 2009 and subsequently obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice in September of 2010. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2011. She is currently handling a combined portfolio of contentious and non-contentious matters. She has the experience in the preparation of sale and purchase agreements relating to movable and immovable properties. She also advises on the formation of commercial and trade agreements and she is well versed in licensing and franchise agreements. She has a varied experience addressing corporate, business development and litigation needs of domestic and international clients. With a global perspective, she handles all business dealings and transactions agreements with clients from the Republic of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

CHOY CHI CHING is a graduate of the University of Malaya with a B Juris (Hons) degree in 2012 and she obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2013. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2014. Her main areas of work are corporate and commercial matters such as company formations, venture, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, secured lending, advising private companies, owner-managed businesses and institutional clients across a wide range of sectors. She is an articulate and approachable solicitor who has a creative attitude when it comes to solving legal problems.
WAN NURFARAH IZZAH BINTI WAN ARIFIN

Wan Nurfarah Izzah Binti Wan Arifin is a graduate of the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) with a Bachelor of Laws (Hon) degree in 2020. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in September 2021 and completed her postgraduate studies in Master of Laws with special emphasis on the law relating to companies in 2022.
Her primary area of practice is general, corporate, and commercial litigation.
